We have launched properties based in North Scituate, which includes the Center itself as well as a Retreat property about a mile away.
The Center: Located on Gannett Road in North Scituate. We have created 6 holistic rooms plus outdoor garden space to operate classes and workshops that stem from our uniquely developed programming.

To experience the full benefit of our offerings in a ‘flow state’, consider planning to stay for at least two hours.

WHAT IS FLOW?
Throw out traditional societal rules and constraints for start and end times of classes and workshops. Pop in and pop out of any class or workshop at your leisure, without judgment or feeling the obligation to stay in a class if it is not resonating with you. If you feel moved to do so, head into another room at the Center to experience the other daily offerings, classes, and workshops.

Each day, each hour, there will be many choices of classes, workshops, and offerings. Sample as many as you want in the time that you are here.

CONNECTION
We encourage you to make connections with other members and our team of Teachers as you flow through your day. Are you having some challenging times in your life, or do you want to share the joys that you are experiencing? Have some tea and a chat with one of our development team or teachers, or grab another member for coffee and chat time in the garden.
RECEPTION ROOM
As you enter into our welcoming reception area in Unit 7, you will be greeted by our flow coordinator, and discover the flow at the center for the day. You are welcome to acquire a Creator Day Pass, Unlimited Monthly Pass, or Lifetime Pass. Browse MMC merchandise and items for sale from local crafts-people, artists, and authors. Check out the big screen for schedules and open flow offerings. Pick an oracle card to start your visit.
CENTER ROOM
Once you enter our Center through the gorgeous reclaimed Bali Doors, you step into the Center Room. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, have a healthy snack, and meet the team or other members who may be flowing through the Center.
COLLABORATION ROOM
Here is a welcoming space for fostering connections and meaningful conversations. Step inside and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee as you engage in dialogue with fellow community members. Comfortable seating areas provide the perfect ambiance for sharing ideas, stories, and laughter. This is where we set up tables for our art workshops. Additionally, our Collaboration Room offers dedicated office space for our team, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration on various projects.
BLUE ROOM
Here we offer a comprehensive array of holistic experiences aimed at promoting group sharing and building emotional intelligence. From Reiki energy healing & Reflexology, to engaging book club sessions and small group therapy meetings and discussions, individuals can find avenues for emotional and intellectual growth, balance, and overall well-being.
SUNRISE ROOM
The Sunrise Room at The Center offers provides studio space recording online content Podcasts, YouTube, Social Media, etc. Here we provide an online platform with support from our team from which you may launch into your soul essence.
This space is designed for transformation from the ego self into your core essence. We empower individuals to explore the inner self and journey towards greater fulfillment within the uplifting atmosphere of the Sunrise Room.
ILLUMINATION ROOM
Here is where the magic of all our divine chi and embodied energy flows together. This room provides space for a diverse range of energy movement classes and intuitive guidance in a group setting, designed to assist with the flow of energy in the body. We understand that all energy belongs, and we honor it by allowing the energy to freely express itself. Group settings enhance learning opportunities through connection, vulnerability, and transparency.
READING ROOM
This cozy gathering space is the perfect spot to host a variety of different readings … including but not limited to … Astrology Charts, Enneagrams, Human Design, Akashic Records, Tarot, Runes, Oracle Card, Intuitive Energy, and so much more!
Pop in and see which readers are available on any given day. You never know who will be there to give you some guidance and support. Or borrow from our lending library to sit and read!
COMMUNITY GARDEN
Enjoy this beautiful outdoor space at Minot Mist. We have raised garden beds that contain flowers, herbs, & vegetables. We welcome you to find a quiet place to sit and journal, commune with nature, or even get your hands dirty and help us to maintain the garden with weeding and planting,
