Minot Mist was born from a profound moment of spiritual awakening—a 'walk-in' experience that transformed the life of its founder, Monica Martin. Guided by this spontaneous soul shift, Monica embraced a mission to help others navigate their own journeys of awakening and inner transformation. Drawing from her personal transition into a life of deeper meaning and purpose, she became devoted to creating spaces where others could connect, heal, and grow. Through unwavering dedication to her soul’s calling and a clear connection to higher consciousness, Monica now channels her energy into the creation and opening of Minot Mist Center for Connection and The House on the Rock on Gulph River Island...both located in North Scituate, MA.

Minot Mist is guided by a collective of facilitators, creators, and visionaries committed to personal and shared transformation.
Each teacher/mentor brings unique experience in areas such as mindfulness, movement, human design, coaching, creative development, support groups and community facilitation.
Together, we hold a space where individuals are supported in exploring their path, sharing their voice, and contributing in ways that feel aligned.
