Drop in to the Center on our Open Flow days as a pre-paid monthly member or as a $33 day pass visitor. Seniors pay $20.

You are welcome to flow between all of the classes and workshops as you feel into what resonates with you most at any time.

There are plenty of Teachers and Development Team Members floating around during each Open Flow. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and a snack, then find one of our team to sit and chat with!

We love to make new connections with our members and visitors.
