Journey Into You is an immersive eight-week program culminating in a restorative weekend retreat, blending gentle movement, guided meditation, creative inquiry, and group reflection to help you reconnect with your inner compass, release what no longer serves, and step forward with intention.

  • Week 5 — Boundaries & Nourishment: tending your energy  

  • Week 6 — Creativity & Play: accessing deeper wisdom  

  • Week 7 — Integration Practices: building sustainable rituals  

  • Week 8 — Preparation for Retreat: deepening readiness
