Choose your space to create, at Minot Mist Center or at Gulph River Island. You are invited to offer your gifts by joining one of our retreats or creating your own. Connect with us to explore what is possible.
It is a space to create, develop, and share your work, with access to creative workspace, collaboration, and support in bringing classes, workshops, and offerings to life.
Through the Flow & Grow pathway, you are supported in developing, refining, and launching your offerings within a collaborative and aligned environment.
This includes guidance in shaping your ideas, developing messaging and materials, and preparing to share workshops, events, or experiences.

Working Together
Facilitators receive 70% of all contributions, with 30% supporting the space and community.
What is Flow & Grow?
Flow & Grow is the ongoing practice and membership container inside Minot Mist.
It is a mentorship and development pathway for creators, facilitators, and visionaries.
