GUIDED MEDITATIONS
A guided meditation entails one of our practitioners that will get you situated in the most comfortable way possible and then in a calming and soothing voice, guide you into a meditative state where you can either follow along with the voice prompts, or soar off into the aethers. As the practitioner guides you back into your body and current awareness at the end of the meditation, you may be asked to sit and ponder or journal/draw your experiences and possibly even share with the rest of the group, if you feel comfortable to do so. Varying themes of meditations will coincide with the daily/weekly theme at the Center, earth based and/or celestial events, practitioner’s modalities … among other potential themes that may pop up.
