Candelida is the founder of Tangible and Sacred, a tantra and embodiment guide specializing in sacred sexuality, intimacy, and relational healing. Finalizing her VITA Sex, Love, and Relationships certification with over 50 hours of tantra coaching experience—including breathwork, visualization, and energy work—she supports clients in returning home to their bodies, refining boundaries, and honoring desires with tenderness and integrity. Emerging from an orthodox religious upbringing, she now infuses her work with devotion and reverence, creating safe spaces where shame softens and authentic connection blossoms.

 

Her multifaceted approach weaves an eclectic spiritual tapestry, including studies in shamanism, astrology, numerology, oracle card reading, intuitive guidance, and sacred feminine mystical traditions. A devoted student of the Tao Te Ching and Qi Gong, she blends somatic practices with contemplative wisdom, guiding students into a slower, more honest dance with their energy, emotions, and erotic essence.
