As a certified personal trainer (ACSM) and group exercise instructor, I specialize in helping women work toward — and actually reach — their health and fitness goals. I have a particular passion for empowering women to get stronger, build muscle, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

 

My certifications span pelvic floor and core strengthening, pregnancy and postnatal corrective exercise (PCES), fitness nutrition (ACE), cycling, and kickboxing — and as a 4th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, I bring discipline, focus, and a whole lot of energy to every session.

Outside the gym, I'm a mom of four who loves to run, lift, sail, and soak up every moment at the beach. Fitness isn't just my career — it's how I live ;-)
