What if the symptoms you feel are only part of the story? 




A woman once visited Minot Mist for help with stress. Her shoulders were tight, her breathing shallow, and she carried a heaviness in her expression. She said, “I just need to find a way to get rid of this stress.” She expected a quick relaxation technique or a few coping strategies.

 


What she discovered was something much deeper. Through guided presence, gentle movement, and sharing in community, her stress began to loosen its grip. At the end, she said quietly: “I came here for stress relief, but I found a calm I didn’t even know I was missing.” 




Holistic healing looks at the whole person — body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Symptoms are messengers, pointing to imbalance. But when we focus only on silencing them, we miss the deeper invitation.
